Skriniar negotiated his own contract

Slovakian defender Milan Skriniar has revealed that he finalised a new contract with Inter Milan by his own after parting ways with his representative. The centre-back’s future has been a regular discussion point in the past year with the likes of Manchester United and Barcelona interested, but he has now put the rumours to bed.

Speaking to Sky Italia, Skriniar acknowledged that he had to personally deal with the contract discussions with his agent going nowhere with the discussions, he said: “Yes it is true, I scrapped the contract with my old agent and I represented myself. ITALY COACH LEAVES AFTER WORLD CUP FAILURE

The head coach of the Italian football team Gian Piero Ventura has left following the failure of the team to make the World Cup for the first time in 60 years. The coach was widely criticized for his team selection and the tactics he employed throughout the qualification phase.

The whole country has been thrown into mourning following the miss. The outrage means any one that played a major part in the qualification process would likely get the hammer.
